The expertise gained over the years in metal fabrication and the vast experience of its founder, Mr. Ashok Puri in foam manufacturing initiated the manufacturing venture of cutting and processing machines for flexible polyurethane foam in 1989.Over the years A.S. Enterprises has emerged as the leader in the country in the manufacturing of cutting and processing machines for polyurethane foam. Our product line is very broad and versatile and includes both manual and automatic cutting machines for processing both flexible as well as rigid polyurethane foam. All machines incorporate latest technical developments. Since 2001 we have facilitated our machines to comply with EC and ANSI regulations regarding safety & electricity.Up till 2003 we have delivered more than 200 cutting machines in India to over 80 different foam companies. Apart from India we have also supplied machines to Nepal, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Kuwait, Ghana, Lebanon, Syria, Dubai, Finland and U.K.With a good customer base in India, the company now aims at expanding its operations outside the country by exporting its machinery.

These are low production machines, suitable for areas where the market is not very large. The quantity of foam produced on Batch foam machines is generally not as good as that produced on Continuous machines. Batch foaming machines offer the facilities of keeping your inventory low because you can produce the desired number of blocks of a particular grade.
