Plastic Extrusion: ATL are recognised as specialists in multi-layered co-extruded sheets. We can design any sheets specific to your requirements, whether they are functional or decorative and in a variety of shades and textures. Our sheets also come with a specific anti-skid coating. We can extrude the toughest of engineering plastics.and can do multi-layer co-extrusion up to 5 layers. We have 5 extrusion lines with an installed capacity of over 18 tonnes per day.Plastic Molding: The company is also a full service provider in plastic injection and compression molding. We thrive on tough custom molding jobs where the design, choice of plastic, mold building and flow analysis are critical to production and quality. We can compression mold panels and compounds with a pressing capacity of up to 1300 tonnes over a platen size of 1200 x 1000mm with 2100mtrs of daylight providing manufacturing solutions to ballistics as well as engineering thermosets.  

Complying with ISO 9001(Certified by TUV Suddeutschland), the independent Quality Assurance department, has state-of-the-art capabilities and the most advanced know-how in the fields of ballistic and personal protection. Strict quality assurance procedures are followed to monitor the computerized production lines and carefully check the quality of each and every product. Tests are conducted on a routine basis in the plant's fully equipped ballistic laboratories, to ensure successful application of the scientific solutions during production process.
