The installed capacity of our plant is 9000 kg per day while the current used capacity is 6000 kg per day. A power back up of 250 KV is there for uninterrupted production. This facilitates us in carrying bulk orders, in a limited period, to exact requirements. The research & development department is engaged in assessing the customer requirements in various nations and accordingly coming out with new developments and innovations Future Endeavors : We are in the process of expanding the activity of our plant to undertake the manufacturing of other allied products viz O PVC and plastic moulded mudguard flap, rings, engine mountings etc. 

Our strict adherence to the quality processes has made us an ISO 9001:2000 QMS certified manufacturer. We are further improving our practices through active participation of our employees and other business associates. 

We have an ultra modern production unit, equipped with state -of -the art manufacturing facilities. These contribute right from the initial stage of processing of rubber, fiber and rubber chemicals upto their final molding into specific shapes (as per different vehicles and their respective models). The molding machines are also highly sophisticated. Finishing and packaging of the end products is done as per the international standards. Thus, the entire process matches with the best practices in the field of rubber processing. We have also installed one of the most advanced rubber mats processing unit in H.S.I.D.C industrial estate at India's industrial hub-Sonipat (Haryana). The designing, layout and installation of plant has been carried out by experienced and highly trained industrial engineers.
