At Kriti today, we have state-of-art machinery from leading manufacturers like Battenfeld, Cincinnati, L&T, SICA, INEOX, Beta Laser, Ferromatik Milacron etc. Pithampur – Plastics (Extrusion and Molding) Kriti’s plant at Pithampur has fully automated extrusion lines for PVC, MDPE, HDPE and PP. It comprises of facilities for injection and blow molding, wherein it can process different engineering plastics, PVC, ABS etc. The Quality Assurance department at Kriti is an individual department which not only checks but assures quality of the end product. With leading equipments and trained personnel it has a goal to achieve a “Zero Defect” of its products. The fully integrated facility stretches over an area of 1,32,000 sq. meters. Dewas – Soya Extraction and Refining The soya plant located at Dewas, with its modern infrastructure, technically advanced machinery which comprises of Alfa Laval refinery, ion exchange R.O. Plant for water purification, Fluidized bed boilers, effluent treatment plan and, skilled man power, manufacturers Refined Oil, Textured Vegetable Protein, Full Fat Soya Flour, Lecithin. As a result of high-tech processing in an in-house refinery, all soya products of Kriti are very high on Hygiene quotient and have been adopted by health conscious hospitals, schools, the Indian Army, farmers, hotels etc. Dewas facility is based on an area of 60520 sq. meters. Ranjangaon – Molding (Engineering Plastics, White goods, Automotive components) The state of the art injection molding facility located at Ranjangaon, near pune stretches over an area of 12000 sq. meters and is equipped with the latest technology for injection moldings of plastics. This world class facility comprises of machines ranging from 100 T to 1000 T and has amply planned facilities to accommodate higher tonnage machines upto 1800 T capacity. All machines have microprocessor based control and are from leading manufacturers like Ferromatik Milacron, L&T, Motan, Wondsor etc. This fully automated facility had automatic loading, drying and conveying systems. All these ultra modern facilities at Kriti are blended with the expertise and dedication of its trained workforce, which ensures that all products meet the stringent specifications set by its customers while still maintaining cost effectiveness. All the facilities take special care for hygiene and ecology with well laid out gardens and trees.
