Newly Designed Electric Motors
 

CRP Industries Inc., the exclusive North American representative for Perske special electric motors, introduced three new Perske high speed three-phase motors - an SK 25 tooling interface router motor, an HSK-C tooling interface router motor and a newly developed Right-Angle Gear Box Saw Motor for panel dividing machines.

Perske provides outstanding quality and performance in a wide variety of machining applications such as wood, plastic, metal, glass and stone, for use in jobs ranging from routing, drilling and sawing, to cutting, boring and grinding.

The new SK 25 highspeed router motor for manual tool change offers a patented clamping system with an easy-to-use quick change unit and integrated safety device, and has a working speed from 6,000 rpm to 18,000 rpm. The clamping system forces increase with the rotational speed of the motor. The second high-speed motor design offers an HSK-C standardized tooling interface. The advantages of the HSK-C include high radial and axial stiffness, high retention force that can increase further with rotational speed, good radial and axial precision, precisely defined and reproducible cuttingedge position and a tool change with a short mounting distance.

Perske has also developed a special Right-Angle Gear Box Saw Motor for a Panel Dividing Machine. This arbor motor is designed for dry and wet applications.The motor has a flat design with a high overload capacity that is suitable for continuous operation while also being maintenance free.
