Axel Polymers Limited was incorporated in 1992 as a Public Limited Company, promoted by first generation enterpreneurs. With a Gross Block of Rs. 600 Lacs, the Company commenced its Commercial and Manufacturing activities in the year 1995. The Compounding Plant is located at S.No. 309, Village Mokshi, Sankarda - Savli Road, Taluka Savli, Dist. Vadodara - 391780 in Gujarat(India), just 3 Kms off the Express Way to Ahmedabad and 20 kms from Vadodara the Banyan City. Existing land area of the Compounding Plant is 102000 sqft. with additional land measuring 200000 sqft. Total constructed area of the Compounding Plant is 12000 sqft. and additional Storage facility approx. 8000 sqft.

Fully Automatic and Integrated Material Handling System comprises of Suction feeder for Basic Raw Material Pre-Mixers with capacity of 300 Kgs. Spiral and Pneumatic conveying system, Storage Silos with capacity of 6000 Kgs. Pre drying and post drying facilities comprise of Double Cone Vacuum Dryer which is double walled, jacketed type with Nitrogen blanketing with a capacity of 4000 Lts. The Company has also installed a Nitrogen Plant with a capacity of 5 Nm3 with a purity level of 99.998 %.

The Company also offers tailor made Grades as per specifications. For this the Company has the following Production facilities : TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER from WERNER & PFLEIDERER GmbH, Germany model ZSK 58 M 96 with a rated output of 400 Kgs. per hour. TWIN SCREW SIDE FEEDER ZSB 40 MR also from WERNER & PFLEIDERER GmbH, Germany matching with the Extruder and has a capacity to reinforce filler content upto 50 %. The feeding system comprises of 4 feeders from K-TRON and Strand Palletizer from C.F. Scheer GmbH, Germany. WERNER & PFLEIDERER control panel to control all the equipments and SIEMENS drive 6RA70 with 110 KW main motor.

Fully automatic and integrated Material Handling System, takes care of Weighing, Bagging, Sealing and Stitching. Testing facilities commensurate with the Grades, which covers the basic test required for the finished product.
