We are specialized in Plastic furnituresEach process is managed with the help of a PDCA cycle carried on during the various processes like manufacturing and equipment control. We have two inspectors for injection molding, three for paint shop and two more for secondary processes.

The maintenance of equipments and machinery reflects an individual?s commitment towards his work. Our various plants? machinery is used by the employees through the maintenance of history logbooks and stocking of sufficient spare parts. The Vimal Group has a total of 39 injection molding machines ranging from 80 tonnes to 1800 tonnes. All our machines are imported and are high precision equipment capable of molding gas assisted components.
