Indian Polyurethane Association was founded on 9th May 1992. A non-profit organization to further the interest of Polyurethane in INDIA. The main OBJECTIVES and MISSION STATEMENT are adequate testimonials of the nature of the association 

Polyurethanes in India by conducting Seminars / Technical Workshops to disseminate information on Technology / Markets, Training etc.. 

To consider the measures for the promoting and advancing the manufacturing, trade, export, sale and consumption of materials for Polyurethane Industry and allied products manufactured in India 2. To support and protect the character and status of the manufacture of Polyurethane materials and allied products, to guide in laying down and maintaining standards of quality, to promote co-operation between all persons engaged in India in the manufacture, trade, export sale and consumption of Polyurethane materials and allied products directly or indirectly irrespective of colour or creed, on all subjects connected with and involving their common good. 

Members can attend the Meeting arranged by the Association periodically. They can keep themselves updated with the latest development in Science and Technology relating to Polyurethane manufacturing, processing and machinery. 

Such gatherings provide ideal oppurtunity for persons working with Polyurethane to meet others with similar interest. Such programmes will cover a wide range of both general and specialised aspects. Members are encouraged to participate in the discussions and contribute their views.
